Egyptian PM Reviews Petroleum Projects

Egyptian Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, met with Minister of Petroleum, Tarek El Molla, to review the status of several oil and gas projects, Egypt Oil & Gas reports.

According to the Egyptian Cabinet, the meeting discussed a number of ongoing natural gas development projects. Madbouly urged intensifying the work done in order to complete all projects within the right time frame.

During the meeting, El Molla stated that international oil companies (IOCs) are keen to purchase geological data for the recently launched exploration and production (E&P) bid round in the Red Sea.

The meeting further reviewed the operations of the currently conducted refining projects in Alexandria, Suez and Assiut.
