Egyptian Petrochemicals Company’s Products Value Increase by 31.8% in 2017/18

The Egyptian Petrochemicals Company produced EGP 2.3 billion worth of petroleum-based goods in fiscal year (FY) 2017/18, Egypt Oil & Gas reports.

This is a 31.8% increase from FY 2016/17, when the company manufactured 1.75 billion worth of petroleum-based products.

Company head Gaber Ahmed revealed the new figures during the general assembly chaired by oil minister Tarek El Molla to review the company’s operations in the previous fiscal year.
