The UK’s Ambassador to Egypt, Geoffrey Adams, has received Egyptian Finance Minister Mohamed Maait and an accompanying business delegation in England, Akhbar El Youm reported.

The delegation consists of 40 companies in the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA). The companies are visiting England to discuss mutual investments, opportunities and partnerships in the fields of medical care, education, oil and gas, and finance.

The delegation will meet governmental and business leaders in London and discuss ways to boost trade and investments.

The BEBA delegation visit coincides with the visit of Louis Taylor, head of UK Export Finance (UKEF)’s Head, to Egypt. During the visit, Taylor will meet with Minister of Petroleum Tarek El Molla and finance ministry officials.
