Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail met with Emirati Minister of State Sultan Jaber, who is also the director general of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Egypt Oil & Gas reports.

The prime minister and his guests discussed joint cooperation in the oil and gas industry, as well as opportunities for Emirati investment in the Egyptian oil and gas sector. The meeting also reviewed existing bilateral efforts in the fields of refining, petrochemicals and liquefied natural gas.

The leadership in the UAE is eager to contribute in boosting its relationship with Egypt, especially in the economic field by increasing investments, Jaber pointed out.
