The General Directorate of Supply and the Internal Trade Police filed 75 cases against manipulators of petroleum products and butane cylinders within four days, Ahram Gate reported.
Legal measures against every incident have been taken, with the aim to monitor every movement in the Egyptian market.
This comes as a part of the Ministry of Interior Affairs’ efforts to intensify the supervision of the supply in the market, to fight monopoly and expensive prices, to keep the stability of petroleum products, and to control the market to ease the burden on citizens.
