EGAS Renews External Audits of HSE System

The Egyptian Natural Gas Holding (EGAS) succeeded in carrying out the external audits of its health, safety and environment (HSE) management system in cooperation with DNV-GL, according to the official Facebook page of EGAS.

EGAS renewed the granted certificate of ISO 14001:2015 and updated its HSE system according to the standard of 45001 issued in 2018, after reviewing the external operations of the company’s HSE management.

This is in line with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources’ interest to support Egypt’s Vision 2030 and achieve the state’s goals of increasing economic growth as well as applying HSE policy in EGAS.

The reviewing process has taken place for two days form 6 to 7 May and was headed by Sameh Abdel Razek, the Head Assistant of Health and Safety; and Ashraf Ramadan, the Head Assistant of Environment.
