DNV GL  has finalized its assessment operations of Zohr field’s installments at the beginning of February, the company’s Vice President and Area Manager North Africa, Hisham El Grawany, told Amwal El Ghad.

He said that DNV GL is responsible for verifying the offshore installments for the new wells in Zohr field, under international standards and qualifications, from the project’s early phases up till now.

He added that his company contributed to the project of the Egyptian Refining Company (ERC) through searching and issuing the project’s related certifications.

El Grawany noted the company is also partially responsible for presenting advises, consultations, risk assessments, safety elements, and confronting risks of the projects related to the energy industry in and out of Egypt.

Moreover, he said that the company offers engineering consultations in the field of renewable, solar, and wind energy.
