Cooperation Petroleum Company’s (Copetrole) Chairman Nasser Shouman said that the company sold petroleum products amounting to about 7.3 million tons during the fiscal year (FY) 2022/23, through 1,268 stations affiliated to the company.
Shouman made these remarks during the general assembly meeting of the company headed by the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla to review its annual operational results.
He elaborated that the Copetrole owns a fleet for the transportation of petroleum products that working using GPS systems. The chairman pointed out that the company seeks to increase its market share and the productivity of the industrial detergent factories after developing them and creating a new brand.
For his part, El Molla praised the development of the stations affiliated to the company which became integrated service facilities that are in line with the country’s strategy to expand the utilization of natural gas as an alternative fuel.
