The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has confirmed that all facilities have been implemented to accelerate the finish date of the Goreh-Jask oil pipeline, according to a press release.

This increased activity signifies a double in the increase of activity for the production of the pipeline, SHANA has reported. With this increase in production speed, NIOC is expecting the completion of the project to be realized by the end of the Iranian calendar year.

Moreover CEO of Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC), Touraj Dehghani, says all the pipes required for the crude oil transmission line from Southern Iran will be delivered by November 20.

The pipeline will turn Jask into Iran’s second oil export hub.
