Egyptian Company for Gas Transportation and Delivery (Botagasco) opened a new butane distribution warehouse in Kirdasa, Giza, to serve the citizens of Kirdasa and its surrounding area, Amwal Al Gad reports.

With the addition of the new warehouse, the company now has 175 distribution sites across the country.

Botagasco aims to sell 30,000 butane cylinders per month from the new distribution warehouse to meet the needs of local citizens during the peak-demand winter months.

The company sold 40 million cylinders in the first half of 2017, up from 35 million cylinders during the first half of 2016, an increase of 14.3%, according to Amwal Al Ghad.
