Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi has received the Co-Founder and CEO of Infinity Solar Company Mohamed Mansour and the Executive Board Member and Co-CEO of Hassan Allam Group Amr Allam as they discussed how to boost their cooperation with the petroleum sector.

For his part, Badawi stressed the necessity of the energy efficiency in achieving significant savings that benefit the state and the citizen as well as contribute to achieving sustainable development goals.

He pointed out that the petroleum sector is working on deepening cooperation with the private sector in implementing important strategic projects.

During the meeting, the parties agreed to benefit from the expertise of the two companies in the field of energy efficiency on mutual economic bases through conducting studies to improve efficiency in the fields of production and refining.

Additionally, the two companies reviewed their activities in the fields of implementing electric car chargers, given the infrastructure they have through the car charger system management platform to provide distinguished services to citizens.

The minister expressed his welcome to these proposals for cooperation within the framework of a good partnership with the private sector, which achieves fruitful returns for all parties.
