Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi has issued a number of new appointments across the oil and gas sector.

Abdel Nasser Abdel Rahman Sayed Khafaga was appointed Vice Chairman for Production and Fields Development and Member of the Board of Directors at the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS).

Ibrahim Ibrahim Mohamed Abdou was assigned the role of EGAS’ Vice Chairman for Agreements and Exploration.

Nabil Salah Jaber Nassar was appointed Chairman and Managing Director of Amal Petroleum Company.

Abd El Hamid Gewaily was assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Disouq Petroleum Company (Petro Disouq).

Mohamed Rushdi Galal Mahmoud was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Disouq Petroleum Company (DISOUCO).
