Aramco Offers Additional Crude Oil Cargoes for Spot Delivery to Europe

Saudi Aramco has offered additional crude oil cargoes for spot delivery to Europe between late October and mid-November, as the state-owned oil producer continues to make supplies available to traders, three trade sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

The sources said Aramco contacted traders this week to offer the additional cargoes. The report did not specify the volumes, crude grades, pricing terms, or European destinations of the shipments.

A company spokesperson had not responded to Reuters’ request for comment at the time of publication.

The latest offers follow recent disruptions to Saudi crude exports to Europe. In September 2026, attacks on Saudi Arabia’s East-West pipeline disrupted shipments from the Red Sea port of Yanbu, prompting Aramco to suspend October deliveries to some European refiners under long-term contracts. The pipeline transports crude from Saudi Arabia’s eastern oilfields to the Red Sea, providing an alternative to shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.

By October 9, Aramco had reportedly restored full crude allocations for European refiners for November after the pipeline returned to operation, according to Investing.com, citing Bloomberg. The additional spot cargoes reported on October 15 could provide another source of near-term supply, although Reuters did not disclose whether the new offers were directly related to the earlier disruptions.
