Aramco Awards LTHE, EMAS Offshore Deal

Saudi Aramco has awarded a consortium of L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE) and EMAS AMC, a Subsea 7 company, a large engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) project, TradeArabia reported.

The project consists of 28 offshore jackets in Zuluf, Marjan, Sfaniya, and Ribyan Saudi offshore fields.

L&T defines a large contract as being worth between $350 million and $700 million.

LTHE is a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro and is based in Mumbai, India.

Saudi Aramco recently announced, for the first time ever, its biannual financial results. The company recorded a net income of $46.9 billion for H1 2019, compared to $53.0 billion for the same period last year.
