Apache Egypt has announced on May 26 that Greg McDaniel has been named acting vice president and country manager for the company’s Egypt assets. This fills a vacancy created with the recent departure of his predecessor.
McDaniel will continue in his current responsibilities as general manager in the joint venture with Khalda Petroleum Company (Apache). He joined Apache in 2001 and has served in operational and management roles with increasing responsibilities in the Permian Basin, Canada, as well as Egypt. He previously worked at Chevron petroleum company.
