Anasuria Operating Company (AOC), a provider of services to the global energy industry, has awarded Petrofac an Integrated Services Provider (ISP) contract. Petrofac will provide onshore and offshore personnel and technical support services under the contract.

As part of the new contract, Anasuria will provide outsourced support to the FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading). Since Shell divested AOC to Petrofac in 2016, Petrofac has held responsibility as the duty holder.

In the transition, the Duty Holder role will be transferred to AOC, while Petrofac will continue to provide the majority of offshore staff.

Nick Shorten, Chief Operating Officer for Petrofac’s Asset Solutions business said:

“I’m proud that we are supporting our long-term client AOC in their ambitions to maximize value in the North Sea. In 2016 we helped AOC take on ownership of the mature assets, and today we see AOC take on the operatorship of a successful and long-term business.”
