The United Arab of Emirates (UAE) Minister of State and CEO of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has won “New Silk Road CEO of the Year Award” for supporting the continuous supply of energy across the continent, the company announced in a statement.
He was awarded by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, at the 9th Gulf Intelligence Energy Markets Forum, in Fujairah.
“It is a great honor to receive the ‘New Silk Road CEO of the Year Award’. This award recognizes ADNOC’s transformation under the wise guidance of our leadership. It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of all our employees, and it validates our progress as a performance-led and commercially driven organization,” H.E. Dr. Al Jaber said while receiving the award.
Organized by Gulf Intelligence, the New Silk Road CEO Award honors industry leaders who are transforming the energy market today. The New Silk Road consists of over 60 countries.
The award was a testament of ADNOC’s efforts in minimizing costs, driving efficiencies, maximizing margins, expanding its strategic partnerships and embedding the latest technologies across its full value chain.
