Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has asked interested and qualified companies to bid for a $10 billion acid development project in the Hail and Ghasha fields, the largest energy project in the UAE, according to Al-Bayan.
Companies have been invited to submit their bids for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts in the second phase of the project.
The second patch of contracts, worth $1 billion, focuses on establishing a treatment plant and an employee residence. Deadlines for the first and second patches have been set at September 18 and September 26, respectively, while the third and fourth batches deadlines have been will be September 9.
Commercial offers are expected in December.
