Abu Qir Petroleum Company has obtained ISO certificate of 14001/2015 which came in line with the directives of the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, towards applying the highest standards of health, safety and environment (HSE) in all the petroleum companies, according to the General Trade Union for Petroleum Workers (GTUPW).

The company said it is preparing to obtain the ISO certificate of 45001/2018 during the current fiscal year in order to maintain its presence among other major oil companies.

Earning such a certificate is considered a new milestone for the company to be included within its achievements that were implemented during the coronavirus pandemic.
