EOG Decarbonization Supplement 2022

Coinciding with Egypt’s preparations to host the COP27 climate conference, Egypt Oil & Gas is preparing to publish a Decarbonization Supplement in November 2022 to showcase the projects, technologies and ideas related to decarbonization in the oil and gas industry.

INTRODUCTION:

Egypt’s hosting of the upcoming COP27 climate summit puts great responsibility for the country to reach successful outcomes from the summit in line with The Paris Agreement.

By working together, the industry can design a plan that will lead to decarbonization. Corporations have the expertise, skills, technology, and resources necessary to make the move, allowing them to lead a larger energy transformation. Since this will most certainly be a difficult process, energy businesses have the potential to make the globe a better country to live.

In light of this we are planning to publish a Decarbonization Supplement to showcase the projects, technologies and ideas related to decarbonization of the oil and gas industry.
