The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, has met a delegation from the Government Unified Complaints System which praised the ministry’s immediate response for any complaint received through it, according to a press release.

The delegation stressed that the ministry pursues a unique idea through its companies in managing and applying a professional customer service at the highest level. Additionally, it affirmed that the ministry is an ideal model in managing crises and preventing them from happening.

For his part, El Molla assured that the ministry is keen on pursuing  effective communications and meeting citizens’ demands, noting that the complaints system succeeded in gaining trust and proved its credibility and how effective it is.
